While we always hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase and need to return your product, please understand the below guidelines:
- Please initiate your return within 10 days from the date of purchase along with its original receipt and drop in a mail to us at email@example.com
- All returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition. We will be unable to offer a refund or return if the product(s) is/are not found in the said state.
- Only after a thorough inspection of your received order we can assure and initiate the return, if failed to meet the return condition it will be sent back to you.
- While we offer reverse pick-up service on all products, a one-time restocking fee of Rs. 80 will be billed and deducted from your final refund amount. If your listed address is not serviceable for pickup, you will have to ship the products back to us.
- The refund amount will be sent across via the method of payment originally selected by you within 5 to 8 working days.
- Although we take all the precautionary measures with our shipping partners to ensure your order is reached undamaged. However in the event of damaged product received during shipping or handling, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hrs of delivery.
- We have no exchange policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
